1הריני נזיר מן הגרוגרות ומן הדבילה. בית שמי אומ׳ אומרים נזיר. ובית הלל אומ׳ אומרים אינו נזיר. אמ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי
יהודה אף כשאמרו בית שמי לא אמרו אלא באו׳ באומר הרי הוא עלי קרבן. 2 ב׳
אמ׳ אמר אמרה פרה זו הרי נזירה אם עומדת אני. אמ׳ אמר הדלת הזה הריני נזיר אם נפתח
אני בית שמי אומ׳ אומרים נזיר. ובית הלל אומ׳ אומרים אינו נזיר. אמ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי יהודה אף כשאמרו בית שמי לא
30 אמרו אלא באו׳ באומר פרה זו קרבן אם עומדת היא. 3 ג׳ מזגו לו את הכוס
אמ׳ אמר הריני נזיר ממנו הרי זה נזיר. מעשה באשה אחת שהיתה שכורת. מזגו לה את הכוס
ואמרה הריני נזירה ממנו אמרו חכמ׳ חכמים לא נתכוונה זו אלא כלומ׳ כלומר הרי הוא עלי קרבן.
4 ד׳ הריני נזיר על מנת שאהא שותה ביין ומיטמא למתים הרי זה
נזיר ואסור בכולן. יודע אני שיש נזירים אבל איני יודע שהנזיר אסור ביין הרי זה אסור
35 ביין ור׳ ורבי שמעון מתיר. יודע אני שהנזיר אסור ביין אבל סבור הייתי שחכמים מתירין לי מפני

40 שלם וזה מגלח נזיר שלם דברי ר׳ רבי מאיר. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים זה מגלח חצי נזיר וזה מגלח חצי נזיר.
