פרק ז. 1
האוכל תרומה מזיד משלם את הקרן ואינו משלם את החומש. התשלומין חולין. אם רצה הכהן למחול
25 מוחל. 2 ב׳ בת כהן שנישאת ליש׳ לישראל ואחר כך אכלה תרומה משלמת את
הקרן ואינה משלמת את החומש. ומיתתה בשריפה. נישאת לאחד מכל הפסולין משלמת קרן וחומש
ומיתתה בחנק דברי ר׳ רבי מאיר. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים זו וזו משלמות את הקרן. ואין משלמות את החומש ומיתתן
בשריפה. 3 ג׳ המאכיל את בניו קטנים ואת עבדיו בין גדולים בין קטנים
האוכל תרומת חוצה לארץ והאוכל פחות מכזית תרומה משלם את הקרן ואינו משלם את החומש
30 והתשלומין חולין. אם רצה הכהן למחול לו מוחל. 4 ד׳ זה הכלל כל המשלם קרן
וחומש ותשלומין תרומה אם רצה הכהן למחול אינו מוחל וכל המשלם את הקרן ואינו משלם את
החומש והתשלומין חולין אם רצה כהן למחול מוחל. 5 ה׳ שתי קופות אחת
שלתרומה ואחת שלחולין שנפלה סאה שלתרומה לתוך אחת מהן ואין ידוע לאי זו מהן נפלה הרי אני
או׳ אומר לתוך שלתרומה נפלה ואין ידוע אי זו היא שלתרומה ואי זו היא שלחולין. ו׳
35 אכל את אחת מהן פטור. והשנייה נוהג בהן כתרומה וחייבת בחלה דברי ר׳ רבי מאיר ור׳ ורבי יוסי פוטר.
אכל אחד מן השנייה פטור. אכל אחד מן שניהן משלם כקטנה שבשתיהן. 6 ז׳ נפלה
אחת מהן לתוך החולין אינה מדמעתן והשנייה נוהג בה בתרומה וחייבת בחלה דברי ר׳ רבי מאיר ור׳ ורבי יוסי
פוטר. נפלה שנייה למקום אחר אינה מדמעתו. נפלו שתיהן למקום אחד מדמעות כקטנה שבשתיהן.
7 ח׳ זרע את אחת מהן פטור. והשנייה נוהג בה כתרומה וחייבת בחלה דברי ר׳ רבי מאיר.
