כל כינויי נדרים כנדרים. חרמים כחרמים שבועות כשבועות נזירות כנזירות. האו׳ האומר לחבירו מ מודר אני ממך מופרש אני ממך מרוחק אני ממך. שאֵני אוכל לך שאֵני טועם לך אסור מנודה אני לך ר׳ רבי עקיבה היה חוכך בזה להחמיר. כנדרי רשעים נדר בנזיר בקרבן ובשבועה כנדרי כשירים לא אמ׳ אמר כלום. כנדבותם נדר בנזיר ובקרבן.
2ב׳ האומר 10 קונם קונח קונס הרי אילו כינויין לקרבן. חרק חרך חרף הרי אילו כינויים לחרם. נזיק נזיח פזיח הרי אילו כינויים לנזירות. שבותה שקוקה נדר במוהי הרי אילו כינויים לשבועה.

4ד׳ האומר קרבן עולה ומנחה חטאת תודה ושלמים שאיני אוכל לך אסור ור׳ ורבי יהודה מתיר. הקרבן כקרבן קרבן שאוכל לך אסור. לא קרבן לא אוכל לך ר׳ רבי מאיר אוסר. האו׳ האומר לחבירו קונם פי מדבר עמך וידי עושה עמך ורגלי מהלכת לך אסור.
