הקורא את המגילה למפרע לא יצא. קראה על פה קראה תרגום בכל לשון לא יצא. אבל קורין אותה ללעוזות בלעז. והלעוז ששמע אשורית יצא.
2ב׳ קראה סירוגין נתמנם יצא. היה כותבה דורשה ומגיהה אם כיוין לבו יצא. ואם לאו לא יצא. היתה כתובה בסם ובסיקרא ובקומוס ובקלקנתוס על הנייר ועל הדיפתרא לא יצא עד שתהא כתובה אשורית על הספר בדיו.
3ג׳ בן עיר שהלך לכרך ובן כרך שהלך לעיר אם עתיד לחזור למקומו קורא 15 כמקומו. ואם לאו קורא עמהם. מאיכן קורא אדם את המגילה ויוצא בה ידי חובתו ר׳ רבי מאיר אומ׳ אומר כולה. ר׳ רבי יהודה או׳ אומר מאיש יהודי. ור׳ ורבי יוסי או׳ אומר מאחר הדברים האלה.
4ד׳ הכל כשירין לקרות את המגילה חוץ מחרש שוטה וקטן. ר׳ רבי יהודה מכשיר בקטן. אין קורין את המגילה לא מולין ולא טובלין ולא מזין. וכן שומרת יום כנגד יום לא תטבול עד שתנץ החמה. וכולן שעשו משעלה עמוד השחר כשר.
5ה׳ כל היום כשר לקריאת המגילה ולקריאת 20 ההלל ולתקיעת שופר ולנטילת לולב ולתפילת המוספין ולמוספין לוידוי פרים ולוידוי מעשר ולוידוי יום הכיפורים. ו׳ לסמיכה לשחיטה לתנופה ולהגשה לקמיצה להקטרה למליקה לקבלה להזייה ולהשקיית סוטה ולעריפת העגלה ולטהרת מצורע.
6ז׳ כל הלילה כשר לקצירת העומר להקטר חלבים ואיברים. זה הכלל דבר שמצותו ביום כשר כל היום. ושמצותו בלילה כשר כל הלילה. 25
