25 כלל גדול אמרו בשביעית כל המיוחד לאוכל אדם אין עושין ממנו מלוגמא לאדם ואין צורך לומ׳ לומר בבהמה
וכל שאינו מיוחד לאוכל אדם עושין ממנו מלוגמא לאדם אבל לא לבהמה. וכל שאינו מיוחד לא לאוכל
אדם ולא לאוכל בהמה חישב עליו אוכל אדם ואוכל אדם בהמה נותנין עליו חומרי אדם וחומרי בהמה
חישב עליו לעצים הרי הוא כעצים כגון הסיאה והאזוב והקורנית. 2 ב׳ שביעית
ניתנה לאכילה ולשתייה ולסיכה לוכל דבר שדרכו לוכל ולסוך דבר שדרכו לסוך ולא יסוך יין וחומץ. אבל
30 סך את השמן וכן בתרומה ומעשר שיני. קל מהן שביעית שניתנה להדלקת הנר. 3 ג׳ אין
מוכרין פירות שביעית לא במידה ולא במשקל ולא במיניין. ולא תאנים במיניין ולא ירק במשקל. בית שמי
אומ׳ אומרים אף לא אגודות. ובית הלל אומ׳ אומרים את שדרכו לאגוד אותו בבית אוגדין אותו בשוק כגון הכרישין ונץ
החלב. 4 ד׳ האומר לפועל הי לך איסר זה ולקט לי ירק היום שכרו מותר לקט לי
בו ירק היום שכרו אסור. לקח מן הנחתום ככר בפונדיון כשאלקוט ירקות שדה אביא לך מותר. לקח ממנו
35 סתם לא ישלם מדמי שביעית שאין פורעין חוב מדמי שביעית. 5 ה׳ אין נותנין
