  6 ו׳ מקום שנהגו למכור בהמה דקה לגוים מוכרין מקום שנהגו שלא
  למכור אין מוכרין ואל ישנה אדם מפני המחלוקת ובכל מקום אין מוכרין להן בהמה גסה
  עגלים וסייחים שלימין ושבורין. ר׳ רבי יהודה מתיר בשבורה. בן בתירה מתיר בסוס.
 5 7 ז׳ אין מוכרין להן דובים ואריות ולא כל דבר שיש בו נזק לרבים ואין
  בונין עמהן בסילקי וגרדון ואיסטדיא ובימה. אבל בונין עמהן דימוסיאות ומרחצאות
  הגיעו לכיפה שמעמידין בה ע׳ז׳ עבודה זרה אסור לבנותה. 8 ח׳ אין מוכרין
  להן במחובר לקרקע אבל מוכר הוא משיקצץ. ר׳ רבי יהודה או׳ אומר מוכר הוא לו על מנת לקוץ.
  ט׳ אין משכירין להן בתים בארץ יש׳ ישראל ואין צריך לומ׳ לומר שדות וכרמים
 10 ובסוריא משכירין בתים אבל לא שדות. ובחוצה לארץ מוכרין בתים ומשכירין שדות
  דברי ר׳ רבי מאיר. ר׳ רבי יוסי או׳ אומר אף בארץ יש׳ ישראל משכירין להן בתים ובסוריא מוכרין בתים
  ומשכירין שדות. ובחוצה לארץ מוכרין אילו ואילו. 9 י׳ אף במקום
  שאמרו להשכיר לא לבית דירה אמרו מפני שמכניס לתוכה ע׳ז׳ עבודה זרה שנ׳ שנאמר ולא תביא תועבה
  אל ביתך והיית חרם כמוהו וגו׳ וגומר . ובכל מקום לא ישכיר לו את המרחץ מפני שהיא
