המפלת חתיכה אם יש עימה דם טמאה ואם לאו טהורה. ר׳ רבי יהודה אומ׳ אומר בין כך ובין כך טמיאה.
2ב׳ המפלת כמין קליפה כמין שערה כמין עפר כמין יבחושין אדומין תטיל למים אם נמחו טמיאה. המפלת כמין דגים חגבים שקצים ורמשים אם 2_308v יש עמהן דם טמאה ואם לאו טהורה. המפלת כמין בהמה חיה ועוף בין טמאין בין ט טהורין אם זכר תשב לזכר. אם נקיבה תשב לנקיבה. אין ידוע תשב לזכר ולנקיבה דברי ר׳ רבי מאיר. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים כל שאין בו מצורת האדם אינו וולד.
3ג׳ המפלת 5 שפיר מלא מים מלא דם מלא גנינין אינה חוששת לוולד. ואם היה מרוקם תשב לזכר ולנקיבה.
4ד׳ המפלת סנדל או שילייא תשב לזכר ולנקיבה. השילייא בבית הבית טמא לא שהשילייא וולד אלא שאין שילייא שאין עמה וולד. ר׳ רבי שמעון אומ׳ אומר נימוק הוולד עד שלא יצא.
5ה׳ המפלת טומטום ואנדרוגינס וזכר תשב לזכר ולנקיבה. טומטום וזכר ואנדרוגינס וזכר תשב לזכר ולנקיבה. טומטום ונקיבה 10 ואנדרוגינס ונקיבה תשב לנקיבה בלבד. יצא מחותך ומסורס לכשיצא רובו הרי זה כילוד. יצא כדרכו עד שיצא רוב ראשו. אי זהו רוב ראשו משתצא פדחתו.
