5 המוקדם כשר. והמואחר פסול. שטרי חוב המוקדמין פסולין והמאוחרין כשירין. אחד לוה מחמשה
כותבין פרוזבול לכל אחד ואחד. חמשה לווין מן אחד אינו כותב אלא פרוזבול אחד לכולן.
6 ו׳ אין כותבין פרוזבול אלא על הקרקע אם אין לו מזכה הוא בתוך שדה כל שהוא. היתה

15 הלווה מן הגר שנתגיירו בניו עמו לא יחזיר לבניו ואם החזיר רוח חכמ׳ חכמים נוחה הימינו. כל המיטלטלין
נקנין במשיכה. וכל המקיים את דברו רוח חכמ׳ חכמים נוחה הימינו.
