201ארבעה ראשי שנים הן באחד בניסן ראש השנה למלכים ולרגלים. באחד באלול ראש השנה
למעשר בהמה. ר׳ רבי לעזר ור׳ ורבי שמעון אמ׳ אמרו באחד בתשרי. ב׳ באחד
בתשרי ראש השנה לשנים ולשמיטין וליובילות ולנטיעה ולירקות. באחד בשבט ראש השנה
לאילן כדברי בית שמי. ובית הלל אומ׳ אומרים בחמשה עשר בו. 2 ג׳ בארבעה
פרקים העולם נידון בפסח על התבואה. בעצרת על פירות האילן. ובראש השנה כל באי העולם
25 עוברין לפניו כבנו מרון שנ׳ שנאמר היוצר יחד לבם המבין אל כל מעשיהם. ובחג נידונין על המים.
3 ד׳ על ששה חדשים השלוחין יוצאין על ניסן מפני הפסח ועל אב מפני התענית
ועל אלול מפני ראש השנה. ועל תשרי מפני תקנת המועדות ועל כסליו מפני חנוכה ועל אדר
מפני הפורים. וכשבית המקדש קיים יוצאין אף על אייר מפני פסח קטן. 4 ה׳
על שני חדשים מחללין את השבת על ניסן ועל תשרי שבהן השלוחין יוצאין לסוריא
30 ובהן היו מתקנין את המועדות וכשבית המקדש קיים מחללין אף על כולן מפני תקנת הקרבן.
5 ו׳ בין שנראה בעליל ובין שלא נראה בעליל מחללין עליו את השבת. ר׳ רבי יוסי
