1לפני אידיהן שלגוים שלשה ימים אסורין מלשאת ומלתת עמהן מלהשאילן ומלשאול מהן מלהל
מלהלוותן ומלהלוות מהן מלפורעם ומלהפרע מהן. ר׳ רבי יהודה או׳ אומר אין נפרעין מהן מפני שהוא מיצר.
20 אמרו לו א׳ע׳פ׳ אף על פי שהוא מיצר עכשיו שמח הוא לאחר זמן. 2 ר׳ רבי שמעון או׳ אומר שלשה לפניהן ושלשה
לאחריהן אסור. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים לפני אידיהן אסור לאחר אידיהן מותר. 3 ב׳ אילו
הן אידיהן שלגוים קלנדס וסטרנלייא וקרטסים ויום גיניסיא שלמלכים ויום הלידה ויום המיתה
דברי ר׳ רבי מאיר. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים כל מיתה שיש בה שריפה יש בה ע׳ז׳ עבודה זרה . ושאין בה שריפה אין בה ע׳ז׳ עבודה זרה .
ג׳ יום תגלחת זקנו ובלוריתו יום שעלה בו מן הים יום שיצא בו מבית
25 האסורים אינו אסור אלא אותו היום ואותו האיש. 4 ד׳ עיר שיש בה
ע׳ז׳ עבודה זרה חוצה לה מותר. היה חוצה לה ע׳ז׳ עבודה זרה תוכה מותר. מהו לילך לשם בזמן שהדרך מיוחדת לאותו
מקום אסור. ואם יכול לילך בה למקום אחר מותר. עיר שיש בה ע׳ז׳ עבודה זרה והיו בה חנויות מעוטרות
ושאינן מעוטרות זה היה מעשה בבית שאן ואמרו חכמ׳ חכמים המעוטרות אסורות ושאינן מעוטרות
מותרות. 5 ה׳ אילו דברים אסור למכור לגוים איצטרובילין ובנוח שוח
30 בפטוטרותיהן ולבונה ותרנגול לבן. ר׳ רבי יהודה או׳ אומר מוכר הוא לו תרנגול לבן בין התרנוגלין. בזמן
שהוא בפני עצמו קוטע אצבעו ומוכרו שאין מקריבין חסר לע׳ז׳ לעבודה זרה . ושאר כל הדברים סתמן מותר
ופירושן אסור. ר׳ רבי מאיר או׳ אומר אף דקל טב וחצר וניקלבים אסור למכור לגוים.
