  אדם פירותיו מפני הגנבים ושולה פשתנו מן המשרה בשביל שלא תאבד. ובלבד שלא יכוין
 10 את מלאכתו במועד. וכולן אם כיוונו את מלאכתן במועד יאבדו. 4 ד׳
  אין לוקחין בתים עבדים ובהמה ואבנים אלא לצורך המועד או לצורך המוכר שאין
