  פסל על ידיו ר׳ רבי שמעון או׳ אומר לא פסל. 8 י׳ו׳ בן תשע שנים ויום אחד שבא על יבמתו
 5 ואחר כך בא על צרתה פסל על ידי עצמו. ר׳ רבי שמעון או׳ אומר לא פסל. י׳ז׳ בן תשע
  שנים ויום אחד שבא על יבמתו ומת חולצת ולא מתייבמת. נשא אשה ומת הרי זו פטורה.
