שמי או׳ אומר כל הנשים דיין שעתן. הלל או׳ אומר מפקידה לפקידה אפי׳ אפילו לימים הרבה. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים לא כדברי זה ולא כדברי זה אלא מעת לעת ממעטת על יד מפקידה לפקידה. ומפקידה 5 לפקידה ממעטת על יד מעת לעת. ב׳ כל אשה שיש לה ווסת דייה שעתה. והמשמשת בעדים הרי זו כפקידה הממעטת על יד מעת לעת ועל יד מפקידה לפקידה.

5ה׳ אי זו היא זקינה כל שעברו עליה שלש עונות סמוך לזקנתה. ר׳ רבי לעזר או׳ אומר כל אשה שעברו עליה שלש עונות דייה 15 שעתה. ר׳ רבי יוסי או׳ אומר מעוברת ומיניקה שעברו עליהן שלש עונות דייה ם שעתה ם :
6ו׳ במה אמרו דייה שעתה בראייה ראשונה אבל בשנייה מטמא מעת לעת. ואם ראת את הראשונה מאונס אף בשנייה דייה שעתה.
7ז׳ א׳ע׳פ׳ אף על פי שאמרו דייה שעתה צריכה להיות בודקת חוץ מן הנידה והיושבת על דם טוהר והמשמשת בעדים חוץ מן היושבת על דם טוהר ובתולה שדמיה טהורין. ופעמים שהיא צריכה להיות בודקת 20 בשחרית ובין השמשות ובשעה שהיא עוברת לשמש את ביתה. יתירות עליהן הכוהנות בשעה שהן אוכלות בתרומה. ר׳ רבי יהודה או׳ אומר אף בשעת עברתן מלאכל בתרומה.
