ברשותה. 6 ז׳ הלכה מקבר בעלה לבית אביה או שחזרה לבית אמה
אם לא עשתה אפיטרופיא אין היורשין משביעין אותה. ואם עשתה אפיטרופיא היורשין
משביעין אותה לעתיד לבוא ואין משביעין אותה לשעבר. 7 ח׳ הפוגמת
5 כתובתה לא תפרע אלא בשבועה. עד אחד מעידה שהיא פרועה לא תיפרע אלא בשבועה. נכסים
משועבדים מניכסי יתומין לא תיפרע אלא בשבועה. הנפרעת שלא בפניו לא תיפרע אלא בש
בשבועה. 8 ט׳ הפוגמת כתובתה כיצד היתה כתובתה אלף זוז ואמ׳ ואמר

לא יפרעו. רבן שמעון בן גמליאל או׳ אומר מן הסכנה ואילך אשה גובה בלא גט ובעל חוב גובה שלא
בפרוזבול. י׳ג׳ שני גיטין ושני כתובות גובה ב׳ שתי כתובות. ב׳ שתי כתובות
20 וגט או כתובה ושני גיטין או כתובה וגט ומתה אינו גובה אלא כתובה אחת שהמגרש את
אשתו ומחזירה על מנת כתובתה הראשונה החזירה. קטן שהשיאו אביו כתובתה קיימת
שעל מנת כן קיימה. גר שנתגייר ואשתו עמו כתובתה קיימת שעל מנת כן קיימה
