1הישן תחת המיטה לא יצא ידי חובתו. אמ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי יהודה נוהגין היינו ישינים תחת המיטות
בפני הזקנים. ולא אמרו לנו דבר אמ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי שמעון מעשה בטבי עבדו שלרבן גמליאל שהיה ישן תחת המיטה אמ׳ אמר
רבן גמליאל לזקנים ראיתם טבי עבדי שהוא תלמ׳ תלמיד חכם יודע שעבדים פטורין מן הסוכה
וישן לו תחת המיטה. ולפי דרכינו למדנו שהישן תחת המיטה לא יצא ידי חובתו.
30 2 ב׳ הסומך סוכתו לכרעי המיטה כשירה. ר׳ רבי יהודה או׳ אומר אם אינה יכולה
לעמוד בפני עצמה פסולה. ג׳ סוכה המדובללת שצילתה מרובה מ
מחמתה כשירה. המעובה כמין בית א׳ע׳פ׳ אף על פי שאין הכוכבים נראין מתוכה כשירה.
3 ד׳ העושה סוכתו בראש העגלה או בראש הספינה כשירה ועולין לה ביום טוב
בראש האילן או על גבי הגמל כשירה ואין עולין לה ביום טוב. שתים בידי אדם ואחת
35 באילן או שתים באילן ואחת בידי אדם כשירה ואין עולין לה ביום טוב. שלש בידי אדם
