פירות חוצה לארץ שנכנסו לארץ חייבין בחלה. יצאו מיכן לשם ר׳ רבי ליעזר מחייב ור׳ ורבי עקיבה פוטר.
2 ב׳ עפר חוצה לארץ שבא לספינה לארץ חייב במעשרות ובשביעית. אמ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי יהודה
אימתי בזמן שהספינה גוששת. עיסה שנילושה במי פירות חייבת בחלה ונאכלת בידים מסואבות.
3 ג׳ האשה יושבת וקוצה חלתה ערומה מפני שהיא יכולה לכסות את עצמה אבל
30 לא את האיש. מי שאינו יכול לעשות עיסתו בטהרה יעשנה קבין ואל יעשנה בטומאה. ור׳ ורבי עקיבה
או׳ אומר יעשנה בטומאה ואל יעשנה קבין שכשם שהוא קורא לטהורה כך הוא קורא לטמיאה. לזו קורא
חלה בשם ולזו קורא חלה בשם. אבל קביים אין להן חלה בשם. 4 ד׳ העושה עיסתו קבין
ונגעו זה בזה פטורין מן החלה עד שישובו. ר׳ רבי אליעזר או׳ אומר אף הרודה ונותן לסל הסל מצרפן לחלה.
5 ה׳ המפריש חלתו קמח אינה חלה וגזל ביד כהן. העיסה עצמה חייבת בחלה. והקמח
35 אם יש בו כשיעור חייבת בחלה ואסורה לזרים דברי ר׳ רבי יהושע. אמרו לו מעשה וקפשה זקן זר אמ׳ אמר
להן אף הוא קילקל לעצמו ותיקן לאחר. 6 ו׳ חמשת רבעים קמח חייבין בחלה
הן וסובן ומורסנן חמשת רבעים חייבין. ניטל מורסנן מתוכן וחזר לתוכן הרי אילו פטורין.
7 ז׳ שיעור החלה אחד מעשרים וארבעה. העושה עיסה לעצמו והעושה למשתה
בנו אחד מעשרים וארבעה. נחתום שהוא עושה למכור לשוק וכן האשה שהיא עושה למכור בשוק
