בשלשה פרקים בשנה תורמין את הלשכה בפרס הפסח בפרס העצרת בפרס החג והן גרנות שֶל־ מעשר בהמה דברי ר׳ רבי עקיבה. בן עזאי או׳ אומר בעשרים ותשעה באדר. באחד בסיון. בעשרים ותשעה באב. ר׳ רבי לעזר ור׳ ורבי שמעון אומ׳ אומרים באחד בניסן. באחד בסיון. בעשרים ותשעה באלול. ולמה אמרו בעשרים ותשעה באלול ולא אמרו באחד בתשרי מפני שהוא יום טוב ואי איפשר לעשר ביום טוב לפיכך הקדימוהו בעשרים ותשעה באלול.

ב׳ בשלש קופות שלשלש שלש 1_264v  סאין תורמין את הלשכה וכתוב עליהן א׳׳ לף ב׳׳ ית ג׳׳ ימל. ר׳ רבי ישמעאל או׳ אומר יוונית כתוב עליהן אלפא ביטא גמא. אין התורם נכנס לא בפרגוד חפות ולא במנעל ולא בסנדל ולא בתפילה ולא בקמיע שמא יעני ויאמרו מעון הלישכה העני או שמא יעשיר ויאמרו מתרומת הלשכה העשיר שאדם 5  צריך לצאת ידי הבריות כדרך שהוא צריך לצאת ידי המקום שנ׳ שנאמר והייתם נקיים מיי׳ ומישראל. ואו׳ ואומר ומצא חן ושכל טוב בעיני אלהים ואדם.

ג׳ שלבית רבן גמליאל היה נכנס ושקלו בין אצבעתיו זורקו לפני התורם. והתורם מתכוין ודוחפו לקופה. אין התורם תורם עד שהוא או׳ אומר להן אתרום והן אומ׳ אומרים לו תרום תרום תרום שלשה פעמים.

ד׳ תרם את הראשונה וחיפה בקטבליות. השנייה וחיפה בקבטליות. השלישית לא היה מחפה. ולמה היה מחפה 10  שמא ישכח ויתרום מן הדבר התרום. תרם את הראשונה לשם ארץ יש׳ ישראל . השנייה לשם כרכים ? המוקפין לה. והשלישית לשם בבל ולשם מדי ולשם מדינות הרחוקות.
