  מבעלי אחיות את אשתו ומת נשוי נכרית וכנסה המגרש ומת זו היא שאמרו וכולן אם מתו או
  שמיאינו או נתגרשו או שנמצאו איילוניות צרותיהן מותרות. 8 ט׳ ׃ וכולן שהיו להן קדושין או גירושין בספק הרי אלו חולצות ולא מתייבמות כיצד ספק קדושין זרק לה קדושיה ספק קרוב לו ספק קרוב לה זו ספק קדושין כיצד ספק גירושין כתב בכתב ידו ואין עליו עדים יש עליו עדים ואין עליו זמן יש בו זמן ואין בו אלא עד אחד זהו ספק גירושין 9 ט׳ י׳ שלשה

 10 לחופה החליפו את שלזה בזה ואת שלזה לזה. הרי אילו חייבין משום אשת איש. ואם היו אחין חייבין
  אף משום אשת אח. ואם היו אחיות חייבין אף משום ואשה אל אחותה. ואם היו נידות חייבין אף
  משום נידות. וכולן מפרישין אותן שלשה חדשים שמא מעוברות הן. ואם היו קטנות שאינן
  ראויין לילד מחזירין אותן מיד. אם היו כוהנות נפסלו מן הכהונה.
