כרם שחרב אם יש בו ללקט עשר גפנים לבית סאה ונטועות כהילכתן הרי זה נקרא כרם כרם דל שהוא נטוע ערבוביא אם יש בו לכוין שתים כנגד שלש הרי זה כרם ואם לאו אינו כרם. ר׳ רבי מאיר אמ׳ אמר הואיל והוא נראה כתבנית כרמים הרי זה כרם.

ב׳ כרם שהוא נטוע על פחות מארבע אמות ר׳ רבי שמעון או׳ אומר אינו כרם. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים כרם ורואין את האמצעיות כי אלו אינן.

ג׳ 35  חריץ שהוא עובר בכרם עמוק עשרה ורוחב ארבעה ר׳ רבי ליעזר בן יעקב או׳ אומר אם היה מפלש מראש הכרם ועד ראשו סופו הרי זה נראה כבין שני כרמים זורעין בתוכו ואם לאו הרי הוא כגת. הגת שבכרם עמוקה עשרה ורחבה ארבעה זורעין בתוכה דברי ר׳ רבי ליעזר. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אוסרין. שומרה שבכרם גבוה עשרה ורחבה ארבעה זורעין. בתוכה ואם היה סער כותש אסור.

ד׳ גפן שהיא נטועה בגת או בנקע נותנין לה עבודתה וזורע את המותר. ר׳ רבי יוסי או׳ אומר אם אין שם ארבע אמות 1_68r  לא יביא זרע לשם והבית שבכרם זורעין אותו.

ה׳ הנוטע ירק בכרם או המקיים הרי זה מקדש ארבעים וחמש גפנים. אימתי בזמן שהן נטועות ארבע על ארבע או חמש על חמש. היו נטועות על שש שש או על שבע שבע הרי זה מקדש שש עשרה אמה לכל רוח עגולות לא מרובעות. 5

ו׳ הרואה ירק בכרם ואמר כשאגיע לו אלקטנו מותר. כשאחזור אלקטנו אם הוסיף במאתים אסור.

ז׳ היה עובר בכרם ונפלו ממנו זרעים או שיצאו עם הזבלים או עם המים. הזורע וסיערתו הרוח לאחריו מותר. סיערתו הרוח לפניו ר׳ רבי עקיבה או׳ אומר אם עשבים יופך ואם אביב ינפץ. ואם הביאה דגן ידלק.

ח׳ המקיים קוצים בכרם ר׳ רבי ליעזר או׳ אומר קידש. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים לא קידש אלא דבר שכמוהו מקיימין. האירוס והקיסוס ושושנת המלך וכל מין 10  זרעים כלאים בכרם. הקנבס ר׳ רבי טרפון או׳ אומר אינו כלאים. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים כלאים. והקינרס כלאים בכרם.
