נטוע ערבוביא אם יש בו לכוין שתים כנגד שלש הרי זה כרם ואם לאו אינו כרם. ר׳ רבי מאיר אמ׳ אמר הואיל
והוא נראה כתבנית כרמים הרי זה כרם. 2 ב׳ כרם שהוא נטוע על פחות מארבע
אמות ר׳ רבי שמעון או׳ אומר אינו כרם. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים כרם ורואין את האמצעיות כי אלו אינן. 3 ג׳
35 חריץ שהוא עובר בכרם עמוק עשרה ורוחב ארבעה ר׳ רבי ליעזר בן יעקב או׳ אומר אם היה מפלש

גבוה עשרה ורחבה ארבעה זורעין. בתוכה ואם היה סער כותש אסור. 4 ד׳ גפן שהיא
