מעשה בצדוקי אחד שהיה דר עמם עמנו במבוי בירושלם אמ׳ אמר לנו אבא מהרו והוציאו את כל הכלים
למבוי עד שלא יוציא ויאסור עליכם. ר׳ רבי יהודה אומרו בלשון אחרת מהרו ועשו צרכיכם במבוי
עד שלא יוציא ויאסור עליכם. 3 ג׳ אנשי חצר ששכח אחד מהן ולא עירב
35 ביתו אסור מלהכניס ולהוציא לו ולכם ושלהם מותרין לו ולהן. נתנו לו רשותן הוא מותר והן אסורין
היו שנים אוסרין זה על זה שאחד נותן רשות ונוטל רשות ושנים נוטלין%ב רשות ואינן נותנין%א
