שבת לא יאכל עד שיעשר. ב׳ ולא מצאו אמ׳ אמר לו אחר שאינו נאמן על המעשרות
מעושרין הן ואוכל על פיו. חשיכה מוצאי שבת לא יאכל עד שיעשר. ג׳ תרומת
מעשר שלדמאי שחזרה למקומה ר׳ רבי שמעון השזורי או׳ אומר אף בחול שואלו ואוכל על פיו. 2 ד׳
5 המדיר את חבירו שיאכל אצלו והוא אינו מאמינו על המעשרות ואוכל עמו בשבת הרא
הראשונה א׳ע׳פ׳ אף על פי שאינו נאמן על המעשרות בלבד שיאמר לו מעושרין הן. ובשבת שנייה א׳ע׳פ׳ אף על פי
שהוא נודר הימינו הנייה לא יאכל עד שיעשר. 3 ה׳ ר׳ רבי אליעזר או׳ אומר אין אדם צריך
לקרות שם על מעשר עני שלדמיי. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים קורא שם ואינו צריך להפריש. 4 ו׳
מי שקרא שם לתרומת מעשר של דמאי ולמעשר עני שלודאי לא יש טלם בשבת ואם היה כהן או
10 עני למודים לוכל ממנו אצלו יבואו ויאכלו ובלבד שיודיעם. 5 ז׳ האומר למי
שאינו נאמן על המעשרות קח לי ממי שהוא נאמן ומי שהוא מעשר אינו נאמן. מאיש פל׳ פלוני הרי
זה נאמן הלה ך ליקח ממנו. אמ׳ אמר לו לא מצאתיו ולקחתי לך מאחר שהוא נאמן אינו נאמן.
6 ח׳ הנכנס לעיר ואינו מכיר אדם שם ואמ׳ ואמר מי כָן נאמן ומי כאן מעשר. אמ׳ אמר לו אחד
אני איני נאמן איש פל׳ פלוני נאמן הרי זה נאמן הלך ולקח הימינו. אמ׳ אמר להן מי כאן מוכר ישן אמ׳ אמר לו מי ששלחך
15 אצלי א׳ע׳פ׳ אף על פי שהן כגומלין זה את זה הרי אילו נאמנין. 7 ט׳ החמרים שנכנסו
לעיר אמ׳ אמר אחד מהן שלי חדש ושלחבירי ישן. שלי אינו מתוקן ושלחבירי מתוקן אינן נאמנין
ר׳ רבי יהודה או׳ אומר נאמנין.
