שלשה שאכלו כאחת חייבין לזמן. אכל דמאי ומעשר ראשון שניטלה תרומתו ומעשר שיני והקדש שנפדו והשמש שאכל כזית והכותי מזמנין עליהן. אבל אכל טבל ומעשר ראשון שלא ניטלה תרומתו ומעשר שיני והקדש שלא נפדו והשמש שאכל פחות מכזית והנכרי אין מזמנין עליהן.

נשים ועבדים וקטנים אין מזמנין עליהן. ועד כמה מזמנין עד כזית. ר׳ רבי יהודה או׳ אומר עד כביצה.

כיצד מזמנין 20  בשלשה אומ׳ אומר נברך. בשלשה והוא או׳ אומר ברכו. בעשרה או׳ אומר נברך לאלהינו. בעשרה והוא או׳ אומר ברכו. אחד עשרה ואחד עשר רבוא. במאה או׳ אומר נברך ליי׳ אלהינו. במאה והוא או׳ אומר ברכו. באלף או׳ אומר נברך ליי׳ אלהינו אלהי יש׳ ישראל באלף והוא או׳ אומר ברכו. בריבוא או׳ אומר נברך ליי׳ אלהינו אלהי יש׳ ישראל אלהי צבאות יושב הכרובים על המזון שאכלנו. ר׳ רבי יוסי הגלילי או׳ אומר לפי רוב הקהל מברכין שנ׳ שנאמר במקהלות ברכו אלהים יי׳ ממקור יש׳ ישראל . אמ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי עקיבה מה מצינו בבית הכנסת אחד מרובין ואחד מועטין אומ׳ אומר ברכו את יי׳. ר׳ רבי ישמעאל 25  או׳ אומר ברכו את יי׳ המבורך.

שלשה שאכלו כאחת אינן רשאין ליחלק וכן ארבעה וכן חמשה וכן ששה נחלקין עד עשרה. ועשרה אינן נחלקין עד שיהו עשרים.

שתי חבורות שהיו אוכלין בבית אחד בזמן שמקצתן רואין אילו את אילו הרי אילו מצטרפין לזימון. ואם לאו אילו מזמנין לעצמן ואילו מזמנין לעצמן. ואין מברכין על היין עד שיתן לתוכו מים דברי ר׳ רבי אליעזר. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים מברכין.
