  גובה כל היום וכל הלילה. י׳ב׳ שכיר שבת שכיר חודש שכיר שנה
  שכיר שבוע יצא ביום גובה כל הלילה יצא בלילה גובה כל היום הלילה וכל היום.
 5 12 י׳ג׳ אחד שכר האדם ואחד שכר הבהמה ואחד שכר הכלים יש בו משום
  ביומו תתן שכרו ויש בו משום לא תלין פעולת שכיר אתך עד בוקר אימתי בזמן שתבעו
  לא תבעו אינו עובר עליו. המחהו אצל חנווני או אצל שולחני אינו עובר עליו. השכיר נשבע
  בזמנו ונוטל עיבר זמנו אינו נשבע ונוטל. ואם יש עדים שתבעו הרי זה נשבע ונוטל.
  י׳ד׳ גר תושב יש בו משום ביומו תתן שכרו ואין בו משום לא תלין ?
 10 פעולת שכיר אתך עד בוקר. 13 ט׳ו׳ המלוה את חבירו לא ימשכננו
  אלא בבית דין לא יכנס לביתו ויטול את משכונו שנ׳ שנאמר בחוץ תעמוד וגו׳ וגומר . היו לו שני כלים נוטל
  אחד ומניח ומחזיר אחד. מחזיר את הכר בלילה ואת המחרישה ביום ואם מת אינו מחזיר
  ליורשיו. ר׳ש׳ב׳ג׳ רבן שמעון בן גמליאל או׳ אומר אף לעצמו אינו מחזיר אלא עד ל׳ שלשים יום ומל׳ ומשלשים יום ולהלן מוכרן בבית דין.
  י׳ו׳ אלמנה בין שהיא ענייה בין שהיא עשירה אין ממשכנין אותה שנ׳ שנאמר
 15 לא תחבול בגד אלמנה. החובל את הריחים עובר בלא תעשה וחייב משום שני כלים שנ׳ שנאמר לא
  יחבל ריחים ורכב. ולא ריחים ורכב בלבד אמרו אלא כל דבר שעושין בו אוכל נפש שנ׳ שנאמר כי
  נפש הוא חובל.
