  מעלה עולה כליל לפניי. והיתה תל עולם לא תבנה עוד. לא תֵיעשה אפי׳ אפילו גנות ופרדיסים
 15 דברי ר׳ רבי יוסי הגלילי. ר׳ רבי עקיבה או׳ אומר לא תבנה עוד. לכמות שהייתה אינה נבנית. אבל
  נעשית היא גנות ופרדיסים. י׳א׳ ולא ידבק בידך מאומה
  מן החרם למען ישוב יי׳ מחרון אפו ונתן לך רחמים ורחמך והרבך וגו׳ וגומר . כל זמן שהרשעים
  בעולם חרון אף בעולם. אבדו רשעים מן העולם נסתלק חרון אף מן העולם.
