  קלחי אילן בתוך שדהו נותן פיאה מכל אחד ואחד. אמ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי יהודה אימתי בזמן שלא שייר בעל השדה
  אבל אם שייר שדהו הוא נותן פיאה לכל. 6 ז׳ ר׳ רבי אליעזר או׳ אומר קרקע בית רובע חייב בפיאה. ר׳ רבי יהושע או׳ אומר בעושה
  סאתים. ר׳ רבי טרפון או׳ אומר ששה על ששה טפחים. ר׳ רבי יהושע בן בתירה אמר כדי לקצור ולשנות והל׳ והלכה כדבריו.
 5 ח׳ ר׳ רבי עקיבה או׳ אומר קרקע כל שהוא חייבת בפיאה ובביכורים ולכתוב עליה פרוזבול ולקנות עמה
