5ו׳ שלשה אילנות שלשלשה אנשים הרי אילו מצטרפין וחורשין כל בית סאה בשבילן. וכמה יהא ביניהן. רבן שמעון בן גמליאל או׳ אומר כדי שיהא הבקר עובר בכליו.
6ז׳ עשר נטיעות מפוזרות לתוך בית סאה חורשין כל בית סאה בשבילן עד ראש השנה. היו עשויות שורה ומוקפות עטרה אין חורשין להן אלא צורכן.
7ח׳ הנטיעות והדילועין מצטרפין לתוך בית סאה. רבן שמעון בן 25 גמליאל או׳ אומר עשרה דילועין לתוך בית סאה חורשין כל בית סאה עד ראש השנה.
8ט׳ עד אימתי נקראו נטיעות ר׳ רבי לעזר בן עזריה או׳ אומר עד שיחולו. ר׳ רבי יהושע אמ׳ אמר בת שבע שנים. ר׳ רבי עקיבה או׳ אומר באילן נטיעה כשמה. אילן שנגמם והוציא חליפין מטפח ולמטן כנטיעה. מטפח ולמעלן כאילן דברי ר׳ רבי שמעון.
