  הרי זה מקדש ארבעים וחמש גפנים. אימתי בזמן שהן נטועות ארבע על ארבע או חמש על חמש. היו
  נטועות על שש שש או על שבע שבע הרי זה מקדש שש עשרה אמה לכל רוח עגולות לא מרובעות.
 5 6 ו׳ הרואה ירק בכרם ואמר כשאגיע לו אלקטנו מותר. כשאחזור אלקטנו אם הוסיף
  במאתים אסור. 7 ז׳ היה עובר בכרם ונפלו ממנו זרעים או שיצאו עם הזבלים
  או עם המים. הזורע וסיערתו הרוח לאחריו מותר. סיערתו הרוח לפניו ר׳ רבי עקיבה או׳ אומר אם עשבים יופך
