 15 האוכל תרומה שוגג משלם קרן וחומש אחד האוכל ואחד השותה ואחד הסך אחד תרומה טהורה
  ואחד תרומה טמיאה משלם חומש וחומש חומשא אינו משלם תרומה אלא חולין מתוקנין והן נעשין תרומה.
  והתשלומין תרומה. אם רצה הכהן למחול אינו מוחל. 2 ב׳ בת יש׳ ישראל שאכלה תרומה

 20 לבעלים וחומש למי שירצה. 3 ג׳ המאכיל את פועליו ואת אורחיו תרומה הוא
  משלם את הקרן והן משלמין את החומש דברי ר׳ רבי מאיר. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים הן משלמין קרן וחומש והוא מ
  משלם להן דמי סעודתן. 4 ד׳ הגונב תרומה ולא אכלה משלם תשלומי כפל
  דמי תרומה. אכלה משלם שני קרנים וחומש. קרן וחומש מן החולין וקרן דמי תרומה. גנב תרומת
  הקדש ואכלה משלם שני חומשין וקרן שאין בהקדש תשלומי כפל. 5 ה׳ אין
 25 משלמין מן הלקט ומן השכחה ומן הפיאה ומן ההבקר ולא ממעשר ראשון שניטלה תרומתו ולא
  ממעשר שיני והקדש שלא שנפדו שאין הקדש פודה את הקדש דברי ר׳ רבי מאיר. וחכמ׳ וחכמים מתירין באילו.
  6 ו׳ ר׳ רבי אליעזר או׳ אומר משלמין ממין על מין שאינו מינו בלבד שישלם מן היפה על הרע
  ור׳ ורבי עקיבה או׳ אומר אין משלמין אלא ממין על מינו. ז׳ לפיכך אם אכל קישואין שלערב
  שביעית ימתין לקישואין שלמוצאי שביעית וישלם מהן. ממקום שר׳ שרבי אליעזר מיקל משם ר׳ רבי עקיבה
 30 מחמיר שנ׳ שנאמר ונתן לכהן את הקודש כל שהוא ראוי לעשות קודש דברי ר׳ רבי אליעזר. ור׳ ורבי עקיבה או׳ אומר ונתן
  לכהן את הקודש קודש שאכל.
