  אינו קוצץ לא על ידי בנו ובתו הקטנים ולא על ידי עבדו ושפחתו הקטנים מפני שאין בהן
  דעת. 7 ח׳ השוכר את הפועלין לעשות עמו בנטע רבעי שלו הרי
 5 אילו לא יאכלו. אם לא הודיען פודה ומאכילן. נתפרסו עיגוליו נתפתחו חביותיו הרי אילו
  לא יאכלו. ואם לא הודיען מעשר ומאכילן. 8 ט׳ שומרי פירות
  אוכלין מהילכות מדינה אבל לא מן התורה. ארבעה שומרין הן שומר חינם והשואל נושא
  שכר והשוכר. שומר חנם נשבע על הכל והשואל משלם את הכל. ונושא שכר והשוכר
  נשבעין על השבר ועל השבויה והמֵיתה ומשלמין את האבידה ואת הגניבה.
 10 9 י׳ זאב אחד אינו אונס ושני זאיבין אונס. ר׳ רבי יהודה או׳ אומר בשעת משלחת
