היו שם אחד על פתח הר הבית. ואחד על פתח העזרה. ואחד בלשכת הגזית. באין לזה שעל פתח
הר הבית ואו׳ ואומר כך דרשתי וכך דרשו חביריי כך לימדתי וכך לימדו חביריי אם שמעו אמרו להם
ואם לאו באין לזה שעל פתח העזרה ואו׳ ואומר כך דרשתי וכך דרשו חביריי כך לימדתי וכך למדו חביריי
5 אם שמעו אמרו להן. ואם לאו אילו ואילו באין לבית דין הגדול שבלישכת הגזית שמשם תורה
יוצאה לכל יש׳ ישראל שנ׳ שנאמר מן המקום ההוא אשר יבחר יי׳. ד׳ חזר לעירו ושנה
ולימד כדרך שהוא למוד פטור הורה לעשות חייב שנ׳ שנאמר והאיש אשר יעשה בזדון וגו׳ וגומר . אינו חייב
עד שיורה לעשות. התלמיד שהורה לעשות פטור נמצא חומרו קלו. 3 ה׳
חומר בדברי סופרים מבדברי תורה. האו׳ האומר אין תפילין לעבור על דברי תורה פטור. חמש
10 טוטפות להוסיף על דברי סופרים חייב. 4 ו׳ אין ממיתין אותו לא בבית
דין שבעירו ולא בבית דין שביבנה אלא מעלין אותו בבית דין הגדול שבירושלם ומשמרין אותו
עד הרגל וממיתין אותו ברגל שנ׳ שנאמר וכל העם ישמעו וייראו וייראו דברי ר׳ רבי עקיבה. ר׳ רבי יהודה
או׳ אומר אין מענין את דינו שלזה אלא ממיתין אותו מיד וכותבין ושולחין בכל המקומות איש
פל׳ פלוני בן איש פל׳ פלוני נתחייב מיתה בבית דין. 5 ז׳ ונביא השקר והמתנבא
15 מה שלא שמע ומה שלא נאמ׳ נאמר לו. אבל הכובש על נבואתו והמוותר על דברי נביא ונביא
שעבר על דברי עצמו מיתתו בידי שמים שנ׳ שנאמר אנכי אדרש מעמו. 6 ח׳
המתנבא בשם ע׳ז׳ עבודה זרה ואו׳ ואומר כך אמרה ע׳ז׳ עבודה זרה אפי׳ אפילו כיוין את ההלכה לטמא את הטמא ולטהר
את הטהור. הבא על אשת איש כיון שנכנסה לרשות הבעל מן הנישואין א׳ע׳פ׳ אף על פי שלא נבעלה
ובא עליה הרי זה בחנק. וזוממי בת כהן ובועלה. הא כל הזוממין מקדימין לאותה המיתה
20 חוץ מזוממי בת כהן ובועלה.
