  בשקצים ולא ברמשים ולא יהא לוקח ירקות שדה ומוכר בשוק אבל הוא לוקט ובנו מוכר על ידו. לקח
 5 לעצמו והותיר מותר למוכרו. 4 ז׳ לקח בכור למשתה בנו או לרגל ולא צרך לו
  מותר למוכרו צדי חיה עופות ודגים שנתמנו להן מינין טמיאין מותר למוכרן. ר׳ רבי יהודה או׳ אומר אף מִשֶׁ־
  משנתמנה לו לפי דרכו לוקח ומוכר ובלבד שלא תהא אומנותו לכך. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אוסרין. 5 ח׳

  להן שביעית ולדמיהן שביעית אין להן ביעור ולא לדמיהן ביעור אבל לעלים יש להן עירוב ביעור
 10 מפני שהן נושרין מאביהן. 6 ט׳ הוורד והכופר והקטף והלוטת יש להן שביעית
  ולדמיהן שביעית. ר׳ רבי שמעון או׳ אומר אין לקטף שביעית מפני שאינו פרי. 7 י׳ וורד
  חדש שכבשו בשמן ישן ילקט את הוורד וישן בחדש חייב בביעור. חרובים חדשים שכבשן ביין ישן
  וישנים בחדש חייבין בביעור. זה הכלל כל שהוא בנותן טעם חייב לבער מין בשאינו מינו ומין במינו
  כל שהוא שביעית אוסרת כל שהוא במינה ושלא במינה בנותן טעם.
