האוכל תרומה שוגג מש לם קרז זחומש׳ .אחד האוכל ואחד הש השותה ואהד הסך אחד תרומה טהורה ואחד תרומה טמאה משלם חומשה וחומש חומ חומשה אינו משלם תרומה אלא חולין מתוקנים והם ג 40 נעשין תרומה והתשלומים תרומה אם רצה הכהן למ למחול אינו מוחל19
2בת ישראל שאכלה תרומה ואחר כך נשאת לכהן אם תרומה שלא זכה בה כהן אכלה משלמת קרן 5 וחומש לעצמה ואם תרומה שזכה בה כהן אכלה מש משלמת קרן לבעלים וחומש לעצמה מפני שאמרו הא האוכל תרומה שוגג משלם קרן לבעלים וחומש לכל מי שירצה3
3ג המאכיל את פועליו ואת אורחיו תרומה הוא משלם את הקרן והם משלמין 15 את החומש דברי ר׳ מאיר׳ וחכמים אומרים הם משלמין קרן וחומש והוא משלם להם דמי סעודתן.8

6ו ר׳ אליעזר אומר משלמין ממין על שאינו מינו בלבד שישלם מן היפה על הרע ור׳ עקיבא אומר אין משלמין אלא ממין על מ 10 מינו .לפיכך אם אכל קשואין של ערב שביעית ימתין לקשואין של מוצאי שביעית וישלם מהם ממקום שר׳ אליעזר מקל משם ר׳ עקיבא מחמיר שנ׳ ונתן לכהן את הקדש כל שהוא ראוי להיות קדש דברי ר׳ אליעזר ור׳ עקיבא אומר ונתן לכהן את הקדש קדש שאכל.6
