 האמה בתחילה במועד ובשביעית וחכמים אומרים
 עושין את האמה בתחילה בשביעית ומתקנין את המ
 המקולקלות במועד ומתקנין את כל כלי המים שברשות
 20הרבים וחוטטין אותן ומתקנין את הדרכי׳ ואת הרחובות
 ואת מקוות המים ועושין כל צרכי הרבים ומציינין על
 הקברות ויוצאין אף על הכלאים.

 וכלבד שלא ישקו את כל השדה זרעים שלא שתו ל

 ועוד אמר ר׳ מאיר מלקט אדם עצמות אביו ואמו מפני
 5שהיא שמחה לו .ר׳ יוסי אומר אבל הוא לו .לא יעורר
 אדם על מתו ולא יספידנו קודם לדגל שלשים יום.

  אין חופרין
 כוכין וקברות במועד .אבל מחנבין את הכוכין ועושין
 20נברכת במועד וארון עם המת בחצר ר׳ יהודה אוסר
 אלא אם כן ישעמו נסרין.

 לא בתולות ולא מנות ולא מיבמין אבל מחזיר הוא את
 30גרושתו מפני שהיא שמחה לו .ועושה אשה תכשיטיה
 במועד ר׳ יהודה אומר לא תסוד מפני שהוא נוול לה.
