כמה מדליקין ובמה אין מדליקין .אין מדליקין לא בלכש ולא בחוסן ולא ב בכלך ולא בפתילת האידן ולא בפתילת חמדבר ולא ב 15 בירוקה שעל פני המים לא בזפת ולא בשעוה ולא בשמן קיק ולא בשמן שרפה ולא באליה ולא בחלב .נחום המדי אומ׳ מדליקין בחלב מבושל׳ וחכמים אומרין אחד מבושל׳ ואחד שאינו מבושל אין מדליקין בו23
2ב אין מדליקין בשמן שרפה ביום טוב׳ .ר׳ ישמעאל אומר אין מדליקין בעטרן מפני כבוד השבת .וחכמים מתירין בכל השמני׳ בשמן שומשמין בשמן אג 45 אגוזים בשמן צגונות בשמן דגי׳ בשמן פקועות בעטרן ובנפט ר׳ טרפון אומ׳ אין מדליקין אא בשמן זית בלבד.10
