ב׳ כל שבא בחמין מלפני השבת שורין אותו בחמין בשבת וכל 20  שלא בא בחמין מלפני השבת מדיחין אותו בחמין בשבת חוץ מן המליח הישן וקוליים האספנן שהדחתן היא גמר מלאכתן

ד׳ נותנין תבשיל לתוך הבור בשביל שיהא שמור ואם המים היפים ברעין בשביל שיצנו ואת הצונין בחמה בשביל שיחמו מי שנשרו כליו בדרך מהלך בהן ואינו חושש הגיע לחצר החיצונה שוטחן בחמה אבל לא כנגד העם
