2ב׳ המקדיש נכסיו והיתה עליו כתובת אשה ובעלי חוב אין האשה יכולה לגבות כתובתה מן ההקדש ולא בעל חוב את חובו אלא הפודה פודה על מנת ליתן לאשה כתובתה ולבעל חוב את חובו :
