הלוקח פירות ממי שאינו נאמן על המעשרות ושכח לעשרן שואלו בשבת ואוכל על פיו חשיכה מוצאי 10 שבת לא יאכל עד שיעשר ב׳ לא מצאו אמר לו אחר שאינו נאמן על המעשרות מעושרים הם אוכל על פיו חשיכה מוצאי שבת לא יאכל עד שיעשר ג׳ תרומת 15 מעשר שלדמיי שחזרה למקומה ר' שמעון השיזורי אומ' אף בחול שואלו ואוכל על פיו
2ד׳ המדיר את חבירו שיאכל אצלו והוא אינו מאמינו על המעשרות אוכל 20 עמו בשבת הראשונה אף על פי שאינו מאמינו על המעשרות ובלבד שיאמר לו מעושרים הן ובשבת שנייה אף על פי שהוא נודר ממנו הנייה לא יאכל עד 25 שיעשר
3ה׳ ר' אליעזר אומ' אין אדם צריך לקרוא שם למעשר עני שלדמיי וחכמ' אומ' קורא שם 11rB ואינו צריך להפריש
4ו׳ מי שקרא שם לתרומת מעשר שלדמיי ולמעשר עני שלוודיי לא יטלם בשבת אם 5 היה כהן או עני לימודים לאכל אצלו יבאו ויאכלו ובלבד שיודיעם
5ז׳ האומר למי שאינו נאמן על המעשרות קח לי ממי שהוא נאמן וממי שהוא מעשר אינו נאמן איש פלוני הרי זה 10 נאמן הלך ליקח ממנו אמ' לו לא מ מצאתיו ולקחתי לך מאחר שהוא נאמן אינו נאמן
6ח׳ הנכנס לעיר ואינו מכיר אדם שם ואמר מיכן נאמן ומיכן מעשר אמ' לו אחד 15 אני אינו נאמן איש פלוני הרי זה נאמן הלך ולקח ממנו אמ' לו מיכן מ מוכר ישן אמ' לו מי ששלחך אצלי אף על פי שהם כגומלים זה את זה הרי אי לו נאמנים
