הנושא את האשה ופסקה עימו שיהא זן את בתה חמש שנים חייב לזונה 15  חמש שנים נישאת לאחר ופסקה עמו שיהא זן את בתה חמש שנים חייב לזונה חמש שנים לא יאמר הראשון כשתבוא לביתי אזונה אלא מוליך מזונותיה למקום שהיא אימה וכן לא 20  יאמרו שניהם הרי אנו זונים אותה כאחת אלא אחד זנה ואחד נותן לה דמי מזונותיה

ה׳ כל זמן שהיא בבית אביה גובה כתובתה לעולם וכל זמן שהיא בבית בעלה גובה כתובתה 10  עד עשרים וחמש שנה שיש בעשרים וחמש שנה שתעשה טובה '' כנגד כתובת ה דברי ר' מאיר שא מ' משום רבן גמליא' וחכמ' אומ' כל זמן שהיא בבית בעלה גובה כתובתה לעולם וכל זמן ש 15  שהיא בבית בעלה אביה גובה כתובתה עד עשרים וחמש שנה מתה יורשיה מזכירים כתובתה עד עשרים וחמש שנה
