25 אין מקדישין לפני היובל פחות משתי שנים ולא גואלין לאחר היובל פחות משנה אין מחשבים חדשים להקדש אבל הקדש מחשב חדשים ב׳ המקדיש את שדהו בשעת היובל נותן 30 בזרע חומר שעורים חמשים שקל כסף היו שם נקעים עמקים עשרה 204rB טפחים סלעים גבוהין עשרה טפחים אין נמדדין עימה פחת מכן נמדדין עימה הקדישה שתים שלש שנים 5 לפני היובל נותן זרע ופנדיון לשנה אם אמ' הרי אני נותן דבר שנה בשנה אין שומעין לו אלא נותן כולם כאחת
2ג׳ אחד הבעלים ואחד כל האדם מה בין הבעלים לבין כל האדם אלא שהב 10 שהבעלים נותנין חומיש וכל אדם אינו נותן חומיש
3ד׳ הקדישה וגאלה אינה יוצא מידו ביובל גאלה אחר או אחד מן הקרובין וגאלה מידו אינה יוצא מידו ביובל גאלה אחד מן 15 הכהנים והרי היא תחת ידו לא יאמר הואיל והיא יוצא לכהנים ביובל הרי הי וא תחת ידי והרי הו יא שלי אלא יוצא לכל אחיו הכהנים
4ה׳ הגיע היובל ולא נגאלה הכהנים נכנסים לתוכה 20 ונותנין דמיה דברי ר' יהודה ר' שמעון אומ' ניכנסין אבל לא נתנים אלא נקראת שדה רטושין עד היו בל השני הגיע יובל השיני ולא נגאלה נקראת רטושי ר רטושין עד היובל השלישי לעולם 25 אין הכהנים נכנסין לתוכ ה עד שיגאלנה אחר
5ה׳ הלוקח שדה מאביו מת אביו ואחר כך הקדישה הרי היא כשדה אחוזה הקדישה ואחר כך מת אביו הרי היא כשדה מקנה דבר' ר' 30 מאיר ר' יהודה או' ור' שמעון אומ' כשדה אחוזה שנ' ואם את שדה מקנתו אשר 204v 204vA לא משדה אחזתו שדה שאינה ראוייה להיות שדה אחוזה יצאתה זו שהיא ראוייה להיות שדה אחזה 5 שדה מקנה אינה יוצא לכהנים ביובל שאין אדם מקדיש דבר שאינו שלו הכהנים והלוים מקדישים לעולם וג וגואלין לעולם בין לפני היובל ובין לאחר היובל
