המבר יך את הגפן בארץ אם אין עפר 5 על גבה שלשה טפחים לא יביא זרע עליה אפילו הבריכה בדלעת או בסילון הבריכה בסלע אף על פי שאין עפר על גבה אלא שלש אצ אצבעות מותר להביא זרע עליה 10 הארכובה שבגפן אין מודדין אלא מעיקר השני

8ח׳ עציץ נקוב 20 מקדש בכרם ושאינו נקוב אינו מקדש ר' שמעון או' זה וזה אסורין ולא מיתקדשים המעביר עציץ נקוב בכרם ואם הוסיף מאתים אסור
