10 שום היתומין שלשים יום שום ההקדש ששים יום ומכריזין בבקר ובערב המקדיש נכסיו והיתה עליו כתובת אשה ר' אליעזר אומ' כשיגרשינה ידיר הנייה ר' יהושע או' אינו צריך 15 כיוצא בו אמ' ר' שמעון בן גמליא' הערב לאשה בכתובתה היה בעלה מגרשה ידיר הניה שמא יעשו קינונוייה על נכסיו שלזה ויחזיר את אשתו
2ב׳ המקדיש נכסיו והיתה עליו כתובת 20 אשה ובעל חוב אין האשה יכולה לגבות כתובתה מן ההקדש ולא בעל חוב את חובו אלא הפודה פודה על מנת ליתן לאשה כתובתה ובעל חוב את חובו הקדיש תשעים מנא והיה 25 חובו מאה מאה מנא מוסיף עוד דינ' ופודה את הנכסים אלו על מנת ליתן לאשה כתובתה ולבעל חוב את חובו
