בראשונה כל מי שהוא רוצה לתרום את המזבח תורם בזמן שהן מרובים ורצים ועולים בכבש וכל הקודם את חבירו לתוך ארבע אמות זכה אם 15 היו שנים שווים והממונה אומ' להם הצביעו ומה הן מוציאין אחת '' או שתים ואין מוציאין אגודל במקדש
2ב׳ מעשה שהיו שנים ש ווים ורצים ועולין בכבש דחף אחד מהן את 20 חבירו ונשברה רגלו וכשראו בית דין שהן באין לידי סכנה התקינו שלא יהו תורמים את המזבח אלא בפייס ארבע פייסות היו שם זה ה פייס הראשון
