כרם שחרב אם יש בו ללקט עשר גפנים לבית סאה ונטועות כהלכתן הרי זה נקרא כרם דל כרם שהוא 20  נטוע ערבובייה אם יש לכוון שתים כנגד שלוש הרי זה כרם ואם לאו אינו כרם ר' מאיר אומ' הואיל והוא נראה כתבנית כרמים הרי זה כרם

ב׳ כרם שהוא נטוע 25  עד פחות מארבע אמות ר' שמעון או' אינו כרם וחכמ' אומ' אינו כרם 16r  16rA  ורואין את האמצעיות כאילו אינן

ג׳ חריץ שהוא עובר בכרם עמוק עשרה ורוחב ארבעה ר' אליעזר 5  בן יעקב אומ' אם היה מפלש מראש ה כרם ועד ראשו הרי זה נראה כבין שני כרמים וזורעין בתוכו ואם לאו הרי הוא כגת הגת שבכרם עמוקה עשרה ורחבה ארבעה ר' 10  אליעזר או' זורעין בתוכה וחכמ' אוסרין שומרה שבכרם גבוהה עשרה ורחבה ארבעה זורעין בראשה אם היה שער כותש אסור

ד׳ גפן ש היתה נטועה בגת או 15  בנקע נותנין לה עבודתה וזורע את המותר ר' יוסה אומ' אם אין שם ארבע אמות לא יביא זרע לשם הבית שבכרם זורעין בתוכו
