2ב׳ בית כור עפר אני מוכר 30 לך מדה בחבל פחת כל שהוא ינכה 144r 144rA או הותיר כל שהוא יחזיר ואם אמ׳ אמר לו אם חסר אם יתר אפילו פחת רובע לסאה או הותיר רובע לסאה היגיעו יתר 5 מיכן יעשה חשבון: ג׳ מה הוא מחזיר לו מעות אם רצה מחזיר לו קרקע ולמה אמרו מחזיר לו מעות אלא לייפות כוחו שלמוכר?? שאם שייר בשדה בית תשעת קבים ובגנה 10 בית חצי קב וכדברי ר׳ רבי עקיבה בית רובע מחזיר לו את הקרקע לא את הרובע בלבד הוא מחזיר לו את כל המותר:
