ב׳ אלמנה בין מן האירוסין ובין מן הנישואין מוכרת 5  שלא בבית דין ר' שמעון או' מן הנישואין מוכרת שלא בבית דין מן האירוסין לא תמכור אלא בבית דין מפני שאין לה מזונות וכל שאין לה מזונות לא תמכר אלא בבית דין
