מי שמתו מוטל לפניו פטור מקרית שמע ומן התפילין ונושאי המיטה וחילופיהן וחילופי חילופיהם את שלפני המיטה ואת שלאחר ה'׳ 10 המיטה את שלפני המיטה צורך בהן פטורין ואת שלאחר המיטה צורך בהן חייבין אילו וא׳ ואילו פטורין מן התפילה
2ב׳ קברו את המת וחזרו אם יכולים להתחיל ולגמור עד שלא יגיעו לשורה יתחילו ואם לאו לא יתחילו העומדים 15 בשורה הפנימים פטורים והחיצונים חייבין
3ג׳ נשים ועבדים וקטנים פטורים מקרית ש' שמע ומן התפילין וחייבין בתפילה ובמזוזה ובברכת המזון
4דד׳ בעל קרי מהרהר בלבו ו׳ ואינו מברך לא לפניה ולא לאחריה ועל המזון 20 מברך לאחריו ואינו מברך לפניו ר׳ רבי יהודה א׳ אומר מברך לפניהם ולאחריהם
5ה׳ היה עומד בתפילה ונזכר שהוא בעל קרי לא יפסיק אלא יקצר ירד לטבול אם יכול לעלות ולה׳ ולהתכסות ולקרות עד שלא תניץ החמה יעלה 25 ויתכסה ויקרה ואם לאו ית׳ יתכסה במים ויקרה ו׳ לא יתכסה לא במים הרעים ולא במי המשרה עד שיטיל לתוכן מים וכמה ירחיק מהן ומן הצואה ארבע אמות
6ז׳ זב שראה קרי והנידה 30 שפלטה שכבת זרע והמשמשת שראת נידה צריכין טבילה ר׳ רבי יהודה פוטר
