מעשר שיני אין מוכרין אותו '' ואין ממשכנין אותו ואין מחליפין אותו ולא 25  שוקלין כנגדו ולא יאמר אדם לחבירו בי׳ בירושלם הילך יין ותן לי שמן וכן שאר כל הפירות אבל נותנין זה לזה '' מתנת ח׳ חינם

ב׳ מעשר בהמה אין מוכרין אותו תמים חי ולא בעל מום חי ושחוט ואין מ' 30  מקדשין בו את האשה הבכור מוכרים אותו תמים וחי ובעל מום חי ושחוט ומ׳ ומקדשין בו את האשה אין מחללים מעשר שני על אסימון ולא על המטבע שאינו יוצא ולא על המעות שאינן בר׳ 35  ברשותו

ג׳ הלוקח בהמה לזבחי שלמים וחיה לבשר התאוה יצא העור לחולין אף על פי שהעור ברובה על הפשר כדי '' יין סתומות מקום שדרכן לימכר סתומות 19r  19rA  יצא קינקן לחולין האגוזים והשקדים יצאו קליפיהם לחולין התמר עד שלא החמיץ א׳ אינו נלקח בכסף מעשר ומשהחמיץ נלקח 5  בכסף מעשר

ד׳ הלוקח חיה לזבחי שלמים ובהמה לבשר התאוה לא יצא ה׳ העור לחולין כדי יין פתוחות או סתומות מקום שדרכן לימכר פתוחות לא יצא קי׳ קינקן לחולין סלי תאינים וסלי ענבים עם הכלי לא יצאו 10  דמי כלי לחולים

ה׳ הלוקח מים ומלח ופירות המחוברין לקרקע או פירות שאינן יכולין להגיע לירושלם לא קנה מעשר הלו׳ הלוקח פירות שוגג יחזרו דמים למקומן מיזיד יעלו ויאכלו במקום ואם אין מקדש 15  ירקבו

ו׳ הלוקח בהמה שוגג יחזרו דמיה למקומה מיזיד תעלה ותיאכל במקום ואם אין מקדש תיקבר על יד עורה

ז׳ אין לוקחין עבדים וקרקעות ובהמה טמאה מדמי מעשר שיני ואם לקח יאכל כנגדן 20  אין מביאין קיני זבים וקיני זבות וקיני יולדות חטאות ואשמות מדמי מעשר שני ואם הביא יאכל כנגדן זה הכלל כל שהוא חוץ לאכילה ולשתייה וליסיכה מדמי מעשר שיני שיני יאכל כנגדו 25
