טבול יום ומחוסר כיפורים אינן חולקין בקדשים לוכל לערב אונן נוגע ואינו מקריב ואינו חולק לוכל לערב בעלי מומין בין בעלי מומין קבועין בין בעלי מומין ע׳ עוברין חולקין ואוכלין אבל לא מקריבין 15 כל שאינו ראוי לעבודה אינו ראוי חולק בבשר וכל 5 שאין לו בבשר אין לו בעורות 5 אפילו טמא ב׳ בשעת זריקת 5 דמים וטהור בשעת הקטר 4 חלבים אינו ח׳ 20 חולק בבשר שנ ׳ שנאמר 2 המקריב את דם השלמים וגו׳ וגומרן
2ב׳ כל שלא זכה המזבח בבשרה לא זכו הכהנים בעורה שנ ׳ שנאמר עולת איש עולה שעלת לאיש עולה שנשחטה שלא לשמה אף על פי שלא עלת לבעלים 25 עורה לכהנים אחד עולת האיש ואחד עולת האשה עורותיהן לכהנים
