שלושה שאכלו כאחת חייבין לזמן אכל 15  דמיי ומעשר ראשון שניטלה תרומתו ומעשר שיני והקדש שניפדו והשמש שאכל כזיית והכותי מזמנין עליהן ב׳ אבל אכל טבל ומעשר ראשון שלא ניטלה תרומתו ומעשר שיני והקדש שלא ניפדו והשמש 20  שאכל פחות מכזיית והנכרי אין מזמנין עליהן

ג׳ נשים ועבדים וקטנים אין מזמנין עליהן ועד כמה הן מזמנין עד כזית ר׳ רבי יהוד׳ יהודה או׳ אומר עד כביצה

ז׳ שלושה שאכלו כאחת אינן רשאין ליחלק וכן ארבעה וכן חמשה ששה 5  נחלקין עד עשרה ועשרה אינן נחלקים עד שיהו עשרים

ח׳ שתי חבורות '' שהיו אוכלות בבית אחד בזמן שמקצתן רואין אלו את אלו הרי אלו מצטרפין לזימון ואם לאו אלו מזמנין לעצמן ואלו מזמנין 10  לעצמן ואין מברכין על היין עד שיתן לתוכו מים דב׳ דברי ר׳ רבי אליע׳ אליעזר וחכמים אומרין מברכין
